Brookfield Zoo Christmas Lights 2022. The zoo lights are bright every year during Holiday Magic at Brookfield Zoo. Our goal is for our guests to have fun and grow their lifelong connections with animals and nature.

Celebrate the holiday season with your family and friends as you stroll through a magical wonderland filled with over two million twinkling LED lights. The zoo lights are bright every year during Holiday Magic at Brookfield Zoo. A couple of years ago we tried to go but the weather was so nice we weren't the only people that decided it would be a great evening to go.
Admission to Hamill Family Play Zoo is currently free.
Traffic was so bad that we didn't even make it to the parking lot.
